Design & Prototype Centers

Our engineering facilities are purpose-built to support efficient development, validation, and production readiness. Our two Michigan-based centers accelerate development from early-stage design through full-scale prototyping and testing.

Engineering Center – Ann Arbor, MI

Our 20,000-square-foot Engineering Center is a dedicated space for cross-functional engineering collaboration and system development. Located near Detroit’s automotive hub, the space supports hands-on engineering and prototyping with flexible build areas, a versatile showroom for full-scale vehicle displays, and advanced presentation tools to engage teams and stakeholders. The center also serves as a customer engagement hub, hosting demonstrations, workshops, and pilot programs to support early-stage validation.

Prototype & Test Center – Ypsilanti, MI

Located just outside Ann Arbor, the  25,000-square-foot Prototype & Test Center  translates engineering requirements into validated, functional systems. Equipped with machining, welding, and 3D printing capabilities, along with mechanical and electrical testing tools, this facility supports everything from subassemblies to complete vehicle builds. Our expert technicians – who are certified in high-voltage systems, fabrication, welding, and testing – ensure  every prototype meets the highest standards. This facility allows us to simulate real-world operating conditions, verify vehicle performance, and support smoother transitions into manufacturing.
