Located in Houston, Texas, the corporate office provides
professional and executive management support to the operating
companies. The corporate staff includes the Chairman,
President, Vice-President of Administration, Corporate
CFO, Controller, Vice-President of Corporate Development,
Director of Risk Management, and supporting staff.

This division consists of Morgan
Corporation, and Commercial
Babcock. Morgan is the country's largest manufacturer
of Class 3 to 7 truck bodies, the type seen throughout
the country on most Ryder and Penske rental trucks as
well as many delivery trucks like FedEx. Commercial Babcock is Eastern Canada’s leading
medium-duty truck body manufacturer.

Morgan Olson
is a leading manufacturer of step vans and related parts.
Morgan Olson provides its products to most of the leading
parcel and package delivery companies in the U.S., in
addition to many other sectors including the food, vending
and uniform and linen industries.

The Specialty Manufacturing Division is comprised of
Federal Coach, a manufacturer of funeral coaches,
limousines, and mid-sized buses, Eagle
Coach, a manufactuerer of funeral coaches and funeral
specialty vehicles, MIC
Group, a high precision contract machining company,
and EFP Corporation,
a manufacturer of expandable foam products.
The corporate staff includes the Chairman,
